Perinov & Sons EOOD is a regular member of the Bulgarian Builders’ Chamber, registered as a construction and investment company under No. 40280.

The Bulgarian Builders’ Chamber is an association organised for private purposes by legal persons and sole traders active in the construction sector.

This is to certify that, on the grounds of art. 27, p. 3 of the Chamber of Builders Act, Perinov & Sons EOOD was entered in the Builder’s Central Professional Register with a decision of the Commission for Keeping, Maintenance and Use of this Register and Protocol No. 0363/15.09.2011, as a builder for building of works in the following scope:

First group: buildings of high-rise construction, its adjacent infrastructure, electronic communication networks and equipment;

Third to fifth category structures: the concrete type of the structures for which the present Certificate was issued is stipulated in art. 5, par. 6 of the Regulations for the Procedure of Entering and Keeping the Builders’ Central Professional Register. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF A MARK IN THE PATENT OFFICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA

The logo of Perinov & Sons EOOD is a brand registered on 28.01.2009 in the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria with registration number 68529.

The emblematic sign of a lion’s head is the arms – a brand of the family company Perinov & Sons and of the family.
