House of the year /first place/ for one- and multi-family buildings at the competition Golden Plummet 2011 of the construction chamber. The house was built in old Plovdiv style, with wooden ornament ceilings, massive bronze-carved door-locks and handles according to individual project, staircase with wooden boards and wood-carved railing.
Place of location: in Rakitnika area, 15 km. away from the center of Varna
Area of the plot: 494 sq.m., house: 260 sq.m., two floors and semi-ground floor.
Floor-plan: semi-ground floor: basement floor, main floor (1 bedroom with bathroom + toilet and living room with kitchen and fireplace corner, second floor (2 bedrooms with bathroom + toilet and clothesroom to every bedroom/.
