Since 2001, the Bulgarian Builders’ Chamber, Regional Office Varna, organizes an annual competition called Golden Plummet aiming to award the best buildings built in Varna and its surroundings for the concrete year.
On the prestigious Golden Plummet competition, held for eleventh year in a row, attention was attracted by one of the most remarkable buildings in the resort complex St. St. Constantine and Elena, and namely Amaranth Residence.
In October 2012, the private residence Amaranth built by Perinov & Sons EOOD was awarded the first place in the category Holiday complexes.
Private residence Amaranth, like a real jewel, adorns and adds style and elegance to the sea resort complex St. St. Constantine and Elena.
With its classical style, luxurious construction and well designed areas, Amaranth Residence is a building of architectural interest.
It is a five level building, including ground floor with underground parking and storage premises to the apartments and residential part from the first to fourth floor.
Upon construction of the building, attention was focused even on the smallest detail; high quality materials are used, thus adding a feeling of good taste, style and luxury.
